Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if invalid credit card provided. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card.
Changes and refundable policy
Refund can be made within 3 days ( 72 hours ) before arrival date subject to terms and conditions. A guest who cancels a future services contract may be charged by the hotel the following amount:
A) Five percent of the full contract price.
B) The cost of any services the guest used or is keeping.
C) The portion of the full contract price representing services received by the consumer.
